When the 2023 NWSL Draft concluded, I set a goal in the draft recap article to publish a list of 2024 NWSL Draft prospects much earlier than usual, to see how it would compare to the usual lists. The Pre-Season Dossier has seen improvement over the last year, but it still needs to change to continuously improve. This list may be one of those changes. Putting out a list this early has its downsides, the main one being that college rosters aren’t all out yet, so some of these players may not be returning to school. Hopefully however, seeing how this list changes from now until post season, will help us learn more about what teams are looking for, and that can help fine tune future Dossiers.
